Why this investment works
Menstrual education sits unevenly across PSHE, and menopause support is missing from most local employer policies. This is a defined, fundable gap with a named lead delivering it.
Every project has a stated unit cost, beneficiary count and evaluation method, so a councillor, trustee or CSR lead can evidence the return without chasing us.
As a CIC, surplus is reinvested into bursary delivery. Earned income from employer workshops subsidises school sessions — your grant stretches further than the grant itself.
Facilitator training, materials and safeguarding processes are already in place, so additional funding converts into delivered sessions within the same term.
