Programme 01

Let’s Talk: Periods

An accessible, shame-free introduction to the menstrual cycle, products, hygiene, pain and the conditions young people are almost never told about.

Audience
Years 5–9, youth groups, SEND-adapted on request
Length
60 or 90 minutes
Format
In person at your site, or online for staff briefings

What participants leave with

  • Understand the cycle in plain language, including what is normal for them
  • Handle and compare every type of period product with confidence
  • Recognise pain and bleeding that should be taken to an adult or a GP
  • Ask questions without embarrassment, in a mixed or single-sex room

A broader conversation connecting menstrual health with mood, confidence and mental wellbeing, with practical tools students keep using after we leave.

In person, single session or two-part series

Programme 03

Menopause at Work

A practical briefing that helps organisations keep experienced people in work through perimenopause and menopause.

Educator Training

Confidence and content for the adults in the room, so menstrual education continues across the year rather than in one visit.
