A clear and reassuring introduction to the menstrual cycle, period products, hygiene, pain and symptoms that should not be ignored.

Years 5–9, youth groups, SEND adaptations available

A wider conversation about menstrual health, mood, confidence and wellbeing, with practical tools young people can continue to use.

Years 7–13, youth groups, pastoral and PSHE teams

In person, as one session or a two-part series

Menopause at Work

A practical briefing that helps organisations understand perimenopause and menopause, support colleagues well and retain experienced staff.

Educator Training

Accurate content and practical confidence for the adults in the room, helping menstrual education continue throughout the school year.

We have a short call to align the content with your PSHE plan, safeguarding policy and any SEND or faith considerations.

Our facilitator arrives prepared, with materials, take-home cards and staff notes.

A short impact summary for your records, plus a term of email support for staff questions.
